EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE
The Skilling for Work and Career Pathways programs represent employment and training assistance courses, delivering both accredited and non-accredited training. The programs will apply an individualised strength based case management plan to assist in areas such as:

- Language Literacy & Numeracy and computer literacy
- Understanding workplace concepts, legislation, policies & procedures
- Confidence and self-esteem
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Internal/external specialised referrals, support an mentors
The programs offer free subsidised Childcare services for the duration of the training at KENG, and all clients will receive post support for a period of six months. They will be offered extensive support in composing resumes and responding to and understanding the application processes, interview techniques, and the skills and resources needed to research the employment/training market and specific Industries or positions and how best to access these.
